Bring your team into the project

An app is rarely one person's work. Mapples Creator now has the pieces to build one together: shared workspaces for your team, and share links for everyone else.

Invite people by email

Every workspace has a Members screen that shows who is in it and what they can do. Invite someone by email and they get a link. If they have no account yet, they sign up with that address. A pending invite takes no seat until it is accepted, and you can revoke it at any time.

Member roles come with the Team plan. Plans with a single seat show an upgrade option in place of the invite.

Personal and shared workspaces

Your personal workspace and the ones you are invited to are all in the sidebar, and the app remembers the last one you used. You can rename a workspace in its settings and leave one from its Members screen.

Share a working app by link

Anyone with the link can open your project in a browser or in the Mapples Preview app, with no account needed. You decide whether they can only view it or can also comment. You can reset the link or turn it off whenever you like.

People who open the link see every screen, can press Play to try the app, and can leave comments if you allow it.

The Share pill shows who else is in the project. You get a toast when someone else comments, and you can turn that off in project settings.
